What our inspectors find around Edmondson Park NSW

Everything published here comes from Austral, six kilometres north west: nine frame inspections, a lock-up run, a fixing stage visit, handover work and a defect investigation. Sorted, it says something consistent. The frame findings are about connections, bearing, bracing continuity and tie down. The lock-up findings are about the envelope: joints, mortar, flashings, downpipes. The fixing findings are about things not yet installed. The handover findings split between envelope items that arrived too late and finish items that belong there. That pattern is why booking early is the whole argument, and it is the same pattern we expect on an Edmondson Park build because it is the same builders and the same trades.
